Ovaj tekst nije namenjen samo za bolje osmišljavanje radnog prostora u stanu ili kući već i za one koji planiraju da otvore poslovni prostor sa više zaposlenih. Nije bitno kojom se delatnošću bavite, znam da svaka delatnost ima svoje specifične zahteve, ali radni prostor pojedinca uvek nosi iste potrebe.
Kada radim klijentu stan, ili poslovni prostor uvek tražim detalje oko funkcionisanja njegove delatnosti. Koje su im potrebe, da li im treba prostora za odlaganje registratora, knjiga ( police, plakari,.. ), ili je dovoljan samo radni sto i računar. Ovo su važni detalji koje treba sagledati.
Najosnovnije je dobro osmisliti radni sto. Pokazalo se u praksi da koliko god žudimo za minimalizmom i ne opterećivanjem prostora svima je potreban dobar veliki radni sto sa fiokarom.
Ovo napominjem pošto se pojavljuju firme najčešće iz IT sektora koje u želji postizanja minimalističkog rešavanja prostora uglavnom ne stavljaju fiokare uz stolove. Po mom mišljenju je to velika greška jer svaki zaposleni ima privatne stvari, koje su im potrebne, a nije u redu da stoje na stolu.
Idealna veličina radnog stola je 180×80 cm, može i malo manji da bude ukoliko prostor ne dozvoljava ovu veličinu stola.
Sadržaj koji se u 99% slučajeva nalazi i neophodni su, jesu monitor, tastatura i miš ili laptop. Razne posude sa olovkama, stalci za mobilni telefon, tablet, fiksni telefon itd.
Koncept lične organizacije se razlikuje od osobe do osobe, ali ukoliko želimo da postignemo organizovan i čist prostor fiokari su preko potrebni.
Fiokari omogućavaju da radna površina stola uvek ili bar na početku i kraju radnog vremena ostane čista i sređena.
Postoje razni akcesoari i separatori koji mogu da se stavljaju u fioke ili na radne površine,a sve u cilju bolje organizacije radnog stola.
Često se organizacija radnog stola stavlja u drugi plan, ali je dokazano koliko vremena ljudi gube ukoliko konstantno traže stvari po stolu.
Druga jako bitna stvar jeste radna stolica.
Radne stolice su postale svet za sebe u svakom smislu. Od dizajna do cene. Za svaki prostor možete naći stolicu koja zadovoljava vaše zahteve i potrebe.
Ono što je takođe bitno reći jeste da kvalitetna radna stolica iziskuje malo veća finansijska ulaganja, ali se isplati. Mislim da nije realno da srednje kvalitetna stolica košta ispod 150 eura. Stolice do 150 eura su komercijalna varijanta koja će trajati veoma kratko. Za ličnu upotrebu u stambenom prostoru mogu da se uzimaju jeftinije. Kod visokofrekventnih prostora ne bih preporučila.
Dobro oragnizovan radni prostor u čoveku može da probudi samo pozitivnu energiju i kreativnost. Harmonija i udobnost radnog prostora će svima pomoći da budu produktivniji i zadovoljni.
Danas se na poslu provodi veći deo dana tako da je jako bitno kako je osmišljen radni i poslovni prostor u celini.

In my opinion, this is a big mistake because every employee has the private things they need to store somewhere and it’s not right to be left at the table.

Work chairs have become an independent market in every sense, from design to the price. For each space you can find a chair that meets your requirements and needs.
What is also important to say is that a quality work chair requires a little more financial investment, but it pays off. I do not think it is realistic that a medium quality chair costs less than 150 EUR. Chairs up to 150 EUR are a commercial variant that will last very short. For the personal use in the living space cheaper ones can be taken for less money, but for high frequency work spaces I would not recommend it.
A well-organized workspace in a person can only awaken positive energy and creativity. The harmony and comfort of the workspace will help everyone to be more productive and satisfied.
